U-CERT 3rd consortium web meeting

During the continued COVID-19 situation U-CERT team had to adapt again and transformed the physical meeting planned for Stockholm, Sweden on October, 28th and 29th, into a web meeting. It was the 2nd time U-CERT team met in e-Europe and this time it was even more effective than in April 2020 thanks to the swift feedback loops put in place by U-CERT's coordination team. This experience demonstrated again that this approach could be possibly more productive in terms of meeting outcomes and not to mention the overall improved resource efficiency. U-CERT team already outline further improvements to be applied next time if/as needed depending on the evolution of the COVID-19 situation. Nonetheless, the main caveat remained again indeed the sacrificed social interaction and team building.
